Parking

All vehicles must display either a Fox Run POA parking decal or guest pass on driver’s side lower window or dashboard.

Rules

All garages shall be maintained in such a manner that parking for the maximum number of motor vehicles for which it was originally designed to hold is allowed and possible.
No more than a reasonable number of vehicles, at any time, as determined by the Board.
It is prohibited to convert a garage to any other use.
All vehicles shall be parked within a garage or on a driveway.
There is no parking on any portion of the Community, other than in the garage, unless the maximum number of cars that can be parked in the garage according to its design capacity are already parked in said garage.
If a vehicle is parked in a fire lane, is blocking another vehicle or access to a Lot, is obstructing the now of traffic, is parked on any grassy area, or otherwise creates a hazardous condition, no notice shall be required and the vehicle may be towed immediately.
- An example of a hazardous condition may include vehicles that block the sidewalk. This forces people to walk in the street to get around them and obstructs neighboring driveway views of oncoming traffic.
All exterior common parking spaces are reserved for guest parking.
The doors of garages shall be kept closed at all times, except during times of entry and exit from the garage, or when someone is working in or around the garage.
Parking is prohibited on yard areas, along the roadways, or on any exterior parking space located on the Common Property for any period of time.
Disabled and stored vehicles arc prohibited, except in garages.
Boats, trailers, panel trucks, buses, trucks with a load capacity of one (l) ton or more, vans (excluding passenger vehicles), recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and vehicles with commercial writings are also prohibited, except in garages.
Trucks, vans, commercial vehicles and vehicles with commercial writings on their exteriors shall he allowed temporarily during normal business hours for the purpose or services.
If any vehicle is in violation, then there will be a notification specifying the nature of the violation and stating that after twenty-four (24) hours that the vehicle may be lowed or booted.
