All residents who are current with POA dues, including fees, may reserve the Lair on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

Reservations include use of the beach and dock.  ​

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 60

HOURS: 10am-10pm​

RENTAL FEES:

  • $50 deposit

  • $25 1-8 hours

  • $150 1-8 hours for a profit or nonprofit organization

  • $250 1-12 hour wedding

RULES: In general, you should leave the Lair in the same or better condition than when you arrived.

  • Resident must be present at all times

  • Clean out refrigerator

  • Clean counters and tables

  • Sweep floor

  • Remove and appropriately dispose of any trash

    • Please note that there is no garbage pickup at the Lair​

  • Lock all doors before leaving

  • Overflow parking should not impede other vehicles

  • No parking in front of homes, unless it's your home

  • Furniture may not be moved outside

  • Please be courteous of our neighbors with noise

INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS: The resident assumes any and all liability at the Lair, beach and dock during their reservation.

      • Check screens for any tears

      • Clean ice machine filter

    • Quarterly Inspection

      • Includes monthly inspection plus empty and clean ice machine (January, April, July and October)
