The exit gate is vehicle activated to open.

Please be cautious of pedestrians on the sidewalk when exiting.
The gate may be operated by one of three options:

Electronic Opener

Gate Code

All property owners are provided with a gate code.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to share their code with their tenants.

To open the gate using your code, press # then enter your four digit code on the keypad.

Gate Directory

Property owners may choose to be listed in the gate directory for guests to look up and call to open the gate remotely from their phone by pressing 9.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to request this option for tenants.

Remote Opener

Property owners may be provided with a remote opener by a previous property owner.

Property owners may share their remote opener(s) with their tenants.

Property owners may purchase a remote opener then request it be programmed. Please note that only specific remotes will work.

Property owners may request that their existing remotes be programmed to open gate.

Please note that not all remotes are compatible with the receiver.

Please know how to program your remote prior to submitting your request.

Review and respond to gate request, issues or concerns

Press Add button on remote opener receiver for property owners who request that their personal remote openers be programmed

Review and recommend changes to gate covenants and rules

Delete gate codes when residents move
