Fines - Violations of Covenants & Rules
Covenants and rules are established in order to maintain the appearance and harmony among residents at Fox Run. Some of these rules are listed in the Covenants in more detail. Others have been developed and approved by the POA Board.
Fines for Violations of Covenants or Rules

1st Notice - Written warning with 10 days to address and/or correct the violation unless immediate action is noted.

Please contact the Board to address and/or after correction of the violation.

2nd Notice - If the violation has not been addressed and/or corrected within 10 days, then a fine of $25 per day thereafter will be assessed until the violation has been addressed.

Repeat Violations - If the same violation occurs within 12 months of the 1st notice, then a fine of $50 per day will begin immediately and be assessed until the violation is addressed and/or corrected.

More Common General Rules
-
No common driveways, entrances or passageways shall be obstructed or used by any Owner for purposes other than going in and out of the units.

The Association shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal items left in any Common Area or storage area located at the Common Area. Any damage to the Common areas or personal property owned by the Association, caused by an Owner or the children, guests, employees or tenants of an Owner shall be repaired at the expense of that Owner.

Nothing shall be done or maintained in any Dwelling Unit or upon any part of the Common Area or Limited Common Area which would be in violation of any law or which would create a nuisance to other Owners in Fox Run.

Solicitors are not permitted on the Property without prior approval from the Board.

Profanity, undue noise, or objectionable behavior that the Board of Directors may deem a nuisance to other Owners is prohibited.

No garage sale, estate sale or similar activity shall be conducted in any portion of the community without prior board consent. If so permitted, any such activities shall be subject to all reasonable conditions the board may impose.

Any unlawful activity or emergency situation should be immediately reported to the Glynn County Police Department. Any nuisance should be reported to the Board.
Exterior Appearance

No objects other than potted plants and patio furniture shall be placed on a porch.

Clothes lines, and the hanging of clothing, rugs, etc. are not permitted.

All bicycles, toys, lawn chairs, coolers, brooms, and other equipment shall NOT be stored in front of or on the sides of the buildings.

Please place all trash in the appropriate containers that are to be stored to the side of the garage or in the garage.
-
Fogged windows and torn screens must be replaced as necessary.

Portable basketball goals are not allowed.
-
No transmission antenna of any kind may be erected without prior approval.

Other exterior appearance comprises a variety of details that may or may not be specifically addressed in the covenants, this website, or other locations. It is at the discretion of the POA Board to address these specific details as they may become a concern. Please note that in some instances, exterior appearance may be subject to Specific Assessments with regard for funding.

Exterior Alterations

All proposed changes to the exterior of a unit must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the work being done. This shall include but not be limited to: landscaping, fences, screened porches, etc. Storage buildings or any type of out buildings are not allowed.

Signs
-
No owner shall display signs (including to, but not limited to: FOR SALE/FOR RENT signs, political signs, etc.) visible from the exterior of any unit.
Landscaping
-
The association is responsible to ensure the landscaping is maintained, and shrubs trimmed.

It is the responsibility of the owner to remove/replace any sod, trees or any other landscaping on their individual lot.

Pets & Animals
-
Only household pets shall be permitted in Fox Run and are not permitted to run at large at any time.

Pets shall be under the owner’s direct control at all times by use of leash when on Common Areas or any area outside their yard.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
-
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their own pets on ANY area of Fox Run including vacant lots.
-
Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the lake. Should a pet be brought into or otherwise enter into the pool area, Owner will be billed for pool and housekeeping service to clean the area.
Trash & Garbage
-
All garbage cans should be placed on the road NO EARLIER than the night before pick-up day and returned to your garage NO LATER than the day of pick-up.

No burning of any trash and any unreasonable, unsightly or offensive smelling accumulation or storage of litter, new or used building materials, garbage or trash of any other kind shall be permitted within any Dwelling Unit or upon any Common Area at any time.
Vehicles
-
All vehicles must display a Fox Run POA parking decal or guest pass.
-
No boat, camper, trailer, watercraft, ATV, business or commercial vehicles are permitted on a regular or frequent basis.

All vehicles must have a valid license plate on the car, tires must be inflated, and it must be operable and street legal.
-
All golf carts must abide by Glynn County regulations and operated by a licensed driver.
-
Decals or Guest passes are required on all vehicles at the pool or overflow areas.
Access
-
8am-7pm: Entrance gate is open

7pm-8am: Entrance gate is closed
Parking
-
All garages shall be maintained in such a manner that parking for the maximum number of motor vehicles for which it was originally designed to hold is allowed and possible.
-
No more than a reasonable number of vehicles, at any time, as determined by the Board.
-
It is prohibited to convert a garage to any other use.
-
All vehicles shall be parked within a garage or on a driveway.
-
There is no parking on any portion of the Community, other than in the garage, unless the maximum number of cars that can be parked in the garage according to its design capacity are already parked in said garage.
-
If a vehicle is parked in a fire lane, is blocking another vehicle or access to a Lot, is obstructing the now of traffic, is parked on any grassy area, or otherwise creates a hazardous condition, no notice shall be required and the vehicle may be towed immediately.
-
An example of a hazardous condition may include vehicles that block the sidewalk. This forces people to walk in the street to get around them and obstructs neighboring driveway views of oncoming traffic.

All exterior common parking spaces are reserved for guest parking.
-
The doors of garages shall be kept closed at all times, except during times of entry and exit from the garage, or when someone is working in or around the garage.

Parking is prohibited on yard areas, along the roadways, or on any exterior parking space located on the Common Property for any period of time.

Disabled and stored vehicles arc prohibited, except in garages.
-
Boats, trailers, panel trucks, buses, trucks with a load capacity of one (l) ton or more, vans (excluding passenger vehicles), recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and vehicles with commercial writings are also prohibited, except in garages.

Trucks, vans, commercial vehicles and vehicles with commercial writings on their exteriors shall he allowed temporarily during normal business hours for the purpose or services.

If any vehicle is in violation, then there will be a notification specifying the nature of the violation and stating that after twenty-four (24) hours that the vehicle may be lowed or booted.
Lair
-
All residents who are current with POA dues, including fees, may reserve the Lair on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Reservations include use of the beach and dock.

Property owners or residents must be present at all times with their guests.

Children under the age of 16 must always be supervised by an adult.

There is no lifeguard on duty.

No pets are allowed in or around the pool.

In case of emergency, a phone is located near the entrance to the men’s restroom to contact 911 and a first aid kit is located in both restrooms.
-
No glass containers shall be brought into the pool area.
-
Any pool toys, etc. brought into the pool area must be removed upon leaving the pool area..

No running, boisterous or rough play, shall be allowed in the pool area at any time.
-
Local noise ordinances must be followed; no loud music, noises, or yelling is permitted. Conduct of Owners and their guests and tenants shall at all times be in a manner so as to not disturb other persons.

Although the restrooms and surrounding areas are checked on a routine basis, Owners and Owner’s guests are expected and required to assume the responsibility of keeping the areas tidy after use and to report any problems.

Smoking is not permitted in the pool and spa area.
