Architectural Review Committee

Structural, exterior, or landscaping changes require prior review and approval from the Fox Run Architectural Review Committee and POA Board. Please be cautious of the irrigation system with any projects that may involve digging. All projects require proof of business license and insurance.

Examples of projects that require approval:

 

  • Exterior doors require the same style and color throughout the community

  • Exterior lanterns require the same style and color throughout the community

  • Exterior home address numbers require the same style, color, and location throughout the community

  • Garage doors require the same style and color throughout the community

  • Fences require the same style color throughout the community

    • Please note that the installation of fences will increase your monthly dues by $20

  • Removal, replacement, or addition of trees

  • Removal, replacement, or addition of shrubs

  • Removal, replacement, or addition of sod

  • Matching current pine straw or mulch may be added but any changes require approval

  • Replacement or addition of gutters

  • Replacement or addition of swings

  • Replacement or addition of gazebos​​

  • Replacement of roof

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

    • Review and recommend changes to ARC covenants and rules

    • Review and respond to ARC requests, issues or concerns​​
