Landscaping is included and provided by contract services on Fridays during season (approximately April-November) and every other Friday during off-season (approximately December-March). Click here to view the Fox Run Landscaping Contract.

Landscaping Committee

Responsibilities
- Solicit, review and recommend proposals for annual landscaping contract, as needed
- Monitor contract landscaping to be sure that they comply with services included in the contract
- Monitor landscaping to be sure that it complies with covenants
- Review and respond to landscaping requests, issues or concerns
- Review and recommend changes to the landscaping covenants and rules
