All property owners and tenants are responsible for following the covenants.

​

More common covenants reminders:

​

  • Please keep garage doors closed

  • Please store garbage cans in garage or on side of house

  • Please clean up after pets

  • Please get permission for landscape changes

  • Please get permission for exterior changes

  • Please, no fireworks

  • Please, no boats or RVs 

  • Please, no parking on grass

  • Please, no parking on street overnight

  • Please clean up after use of common areas

  • Please lock up after use of common areas

    • Provide new residents with information about covenants, website, parking, gate, poo, Lair, etc.

    • Provide new residents with parking decal(s) and guest parking passes

    • Gate codes may be requested by submitting a request on the Gate page

    • Owners or previous owners are responsible for providing new residents with amenity key(s), gate remote opener(s) and pool bracelets​​
